I have been living the lifestyle of eating PFC every 3 since June, 2016. It was with the assistance of Shari McCants and her nutrition coaching where I gained the confidence and learned what it takes to eat correctly and balance your blood sugar.
I had several reasons to begin taking control of my health and learning more about blood sugar stabilization. Prior to enlisting Shari’s help, I was feeling sluggish, had ‘brain fog’, and was overweight. Our son had been diagnosed, three years prior, with Type 1 diabetes at the age of 23. I had a father who was a Type 2 diabetic beginning in his 60s. My health screenings through work, considered me obese and my counts on most tests were higher than they needed to be, including my BMI. I was heading down the same path as my father and I didn’t want to live my life that way. Eating correctly has been a life changing experience for me as well as my husband. Within the first seven months of living PFC every 3, I lost 30 pounds and 28 inches. To add to the success, my husband lost 20 pounds. We both have more energy, lost the sluggish feeling, and we think more clearly now. We use to take Sunday afternoon naps but now are more productive and active.

As of this writing, both my husband and I have maintained our weight loss for three months. We continue to eat PFC every 3 and can tell when our bodies need to be refueled. We are forever grateful to Shari’s knowledge and expertise!
